Announcing THIS IS WILDSTORM UNIVERSE #0 - available at San Diego Comic-Con!

Fans attending San Diego Comic-Con will get the first crack at a new giveaway book. (As if you all didn’t already have enough to be jealous about.)

This Is WildStorm Universe #0 works as a primer for new and long-time WSU fans alike - laying out where each WildStorm Universe team began, where they are now… and offering a few hints about their future. WildCats, The Authority, Gen13, StormWatch - they’re all here, along with a couple
surprises.

Here’s the cover, illustrated by Shane Davis and Sandra Hope. Click back here next week - we’ll be giving you a look inside.

    Bravo…Bravo. Probably the BEST idea WildStorm has done. Now if we can separate and re-establish the WildStorm brand by putting the Licensed properties (WORLD OF WARCRAFT, FRINGE, GEARS OF WAR) titles under a different imprint like Cliffhanger and put the creator-owned (KILLAPALOOZA, ASTRO CITY, NORTH 40, EX MACHINA) titles under the Homage imprint.

    Then you can offer introductory issue of those respective imprints.

    What a great idea for a book! And *wow* to the ensemble cover art. Very nice work, WS. Will there be other ways of getting hold of this other than SDCC attendance? Is it going to comics shops later?

    I was so disappointed when we didn’t get a WS comic for Free Comic Book Day but this definetly makes up for it! Man, now I REALLY wish I were going to SDCC!
