WildCats open thread: Which characters would you like to see?

At Comic Con this year, Adam Beechen said he and Tim Seeley will be making their upcoming run on WildCats one of the biggest team-up books we’ve ever seen, and it sounds like they’re holding to that promise. If you read Shannon Eric Denton’s editorial post last week, he mentions that “[he has] asked Tim to draw at least 70 characters on each page and so far he’s doubled that every time.”

Wow.

Please, Shannon - please, please send me those pages when they’re ready.

I can only guess who’ll be popping up - including a few characters that have been MIA for a little while.

Which WildStorm Universe characters are you most hoping to see?

    It’s a joke, on account of Jeff Mariotte recently posting how, after Lancer and Ion died (as nondescript, throwaway chracters), he received a barrage of letters from fans asking to see more of them and claiming that they were their favourites. Hence my :)

    But seriously, wouldn’t this be a perfect opportunity for a resurrection? Go, Ion and Lancer! :)

    Now that I think of it, did the Yohn Kohl story end? Last I remmember is he ran away before the attack that led to the time-traveling storyline, never to be seen again.

    You can’t possibly use all of these characters at once and expect them to be used respectfully, can you?

    Any and all of The Establishment! Jon Drake and the Golden have made brief appearances in Authority & Stormwatch PHD, but I’d like to see more of them. If I had to pick 3 I’d say Mister Pharmacist, Bulman/Truelove, and Charlie Arrows.

    Obviously some folks see more screentime than others…and some didn’t survive ARMAGEDDON…but hopefully by years end we’ll have at least addressed where each and every one of these characters are in the WS universe. I smell one shots coming up!

    Man, who wouldn’t want to see a sweet SOURCEBOOK with all of these characters in it? Remember that awesome ‘97 Sourcebook with the Michael Golden and Art Adams and Gary Frank wraparound covers? Or The Pacheco one? Or the Wilcats Sourcebooks with Golden and Madureira covers?
